The perfect sauce to top stir-fries, rice bowls, or summer rolls! This week, I used it to top a chicken and vegetable stir-fry. The stir-fry included rice vermicelli noodles, chicken, red cabbage, snap peas, onion, carrot, celery, scallions, and cashews. I then finished it off with this delicious and easy peanut sauce!
Ingredients:
1/4 C creamy peanut butter
1 TBSP soy sauce
2 TBSP agave nectar
1 tsp sriracha
Juice of 1 lime (2-3 TBSP)
Method:
Whisk all ingredients together until combined and enjoy!!!
